1.1 The Dependable Painting & Remodeling Referral Program (the "Program") is open to all current clients and individuals aged 18 and above.

1.2 Employees of Dependable Painting & Remodeling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2.1 Participants can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Dependable Painting & Remodeling.

2.2 To make a valid referral, the participant must provide the referred parties name through their unique link via the program dashboard .

2.3 Upon referred parties scheduling of an estimate and Dependable Painting & Remodeling's successful completion of said estimate, the participant will receive a reward, subject to Dependable Painting & Remodeling's approval.

2.4 The referred party must sign a contract and complete transaction with Dependable Painting & Remodeling for the referral to be considered successful.

2.5 Referral is only eligible for a reward if they are a) a new customer to Dependable Painting & Remodeling, b) this is their first project with Dependable Painting & Remodeling, c) they are not the immediate household member of a current customer, d) at Dependable Painting & Remodeling's sole discretion. 

2.6 Referral & Participant is only eligible for a reward for the first project per referral . 

3.1 Participants will be eligible to receive a reward for each successful referral based on the project size completed. Please see the current reward schedule below.

Estimate Scheduled and Completed: = $20 Reward

Project Value: $0-$1000 = $50 Reward

Project Value: $1000-$2000 $75 Reward

Project Value: $2000-$4000 - $100 Reward

Project Value: $4000-$6000 $150 Reward

Project Value: $6000 and up $250 Reward

3.2 The value of the referral reward is subject to change at the discretion of Dependable Painting & Remodeling.

3.3 Rewards are non-transferable and may be exchanged for cash or store credit while program is active.

4.1 Dependable Painting & Remodeling reserves the right to contact referred parties using the information provided by the participant.

4.2 Participants may receive periodic updates on the status of their referrals.

5.1 Dependable Painting & Remodeling reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice and all unredeemed rewards will be forfeited .

5.2 Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants through the contact information provided.

6.1 Participants are responsible for complying with any applicable laws or regulations related to participation in the Program.

7.1 Dependable Painting & Remodeling is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Program.

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States.

By participating in the Dependable Painting & Remodeling Referral Program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
